How we are committed to cardiovascular health
We support research
We support researchers in Switzerland in gaining new insights into the causes of heart disease and stroke. Research projects are funded with the aim of developing new examination and treatment methods.
Together with specialists, we have produced over 80 publications in three languages for those affected and their relatives. In understandable language, they explain disease patterns, their cause, diagnosis, treatment and preventive measures. The heart telephone and written counseling help with individual questions.
Our campaigns and programs target risks: high blood prere, cholesterol or smoking. They enable people to recognize emergency situations and act quickly and correctly. This includes our life-saving program HELP.
