Day 1 – Arrival to your bike trip on Mallorca

Day 2 – Historical towns in Bergen

Day description Today you undertake an easy bicycle tour. From Ruberts you cycle about forty kilometers through the gently rolling hinterland east of Sencelles. On the way you will visit the historic towns of Sineu and Petra. Petra is the birthplace of Fray JunIpero Serra, the founder of California. Here there is also a historical monastery with a sculpture museum worth seeing. The route can be extended by going to the beautiful hermitage of Bonany on a hill near Petras, an ideal place for a hearty lunch.

Day 3 – Vineyards, Moorish castle and two Santas

Daily description After a few short, gentle climbs, the first half of the route leads over flat terrain. The green meadows, vineyards and fields between Sencelles and Binissalem form the backdrop for this route. On the second part of the tour you make a short detour on foot to Alaro, which lies at the foot of an old Moorish castle. Then you will cycle along winding back roads via Santa MarIa. Santa Eugenia back to the hospitable finca in Ruberts.

Day 4 – Three hermitages and a heroic folk hero

Day description Today's tour is about 45 km long and again passes through a charming, gently rolling landscape with windmills, old estates and pine forests. If your legs are up to it, you should cycle up to the three hermitages on the 540 meter high Puig de Randa. In the hermitage located at the highest, the Santuari de Cura, lived in the thirteenth century the national hero Ramon Llul (is pronounced like Juj). He was not only a theologian, philosopher, encyclopedist, poet and crusader, but also the first champion for the recognition of Catalan (which also includes Valencian and Mallorcan) as an independent language. Daily description Today you have the choice between a relaxed route or a longer tour.The easier option leads along the picturesque bay of Pollenca. The longer route takes you through the historic Roman town of Alcudia (with archaeological museum and medieval town center) to the peninsula of Mal Pas and the chapel of La Victoria. There you can park your bike and climb the peak Talaia de Alcudia (395 meters) to admire this beautiful island one last time in its full splendor. On the way back you can visit a beach in the bay of St. Visit Vicent, which is known for its good restaurants.

Very varied tours are offered for this package. Mallorca offers many opportunities for cycling. You can plan this cycling vacation according to your wishes.

The first four days you will stay in the atmospheric country house Son Jordà from the 15th century. This is a nineteenth-century hotel that has about 20 guest rooms stylishly decorated with antique furniture in the main and annex buildings. At your disposal are two shady courtyards, a sun terrace, a swimming pool in the lush garden and an exclusive restaurant. From Son Jordà you can cycle directly into the Mallorcan interior.

The last three days you will stay in a restored building in the historic center of Pollenca, one of the most beautiful city centers in Mallorca. You will stay here in one of the eight rooms or in one of the authentic village houses within 200 meters of the hotel. The Hotel Finca Son Jordi has a good restaurant run by a British chef. Here you can also refresh yourself in the pool in the quiet courtyard before dinner. Or in the afternoon you can go to the nearby bay of Puerto Pollenca, one of the most chic seaside resorts of the island.

You will spend the night on Bed& Breakfast base. At San Jordà Agriturismo in Ruberts a daily menu is served. You can also dine in one of the restaurants in Sencelles, 5 kilometers from the accommodation. In Pollenca you also have the choice between dinner at the accommodation and a restaurant in the village.

Palma de Mallorca / Hotel M House The Hotel M House is a charming small hotel in the old town of Palma de Mallorca. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport. Has a private parking lot. The rooms are modern and comfortably furnished and have a good bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV and a safe. The hotel has a restaurant and bar.

Transfer

Pollenca – Palma de Mallorca Airport (from € 88,- per booking) Optional transfer from the last accommodation in Pollenca to Palma de Mallorca Airport. Condition: You must reserve this transfer at the time of booking. For a transfer between 20:00 and 07:00 there is an extra charge of 33 € per booking. Bicycles

Hybrid bike (from € 176,- per person) Your rental bike is a good trekking bike from Giant, Mussing or Brezee with 21 gears. The rental price includes a luggage bag, an odometer and a repair kit. Helmet rental is not included. A helmet can be rented for € 10,- per day.

Electric bike (from € 215,- per person) Your rental bike is a good e-bike. The indicated price includes the delivery to the first. Picking up from the last shelter. Those traveling alone pay a surcharge. You can bring your own bike if you wish. Mallorca airport is very bike friendly, there is even a separate check-in desk for travelers with bike boxes. In Spain, wearing a bike helmet is mandatory when riding a bike outside of built-up areas.

Rental bikes are insured against theft. You are liable for any damage to your rental bike. Damaged material must be refunded to the rental company.
