Fachoberschule Gesundheit und SozialesAttendance at the Fachoberschule is particularly interesting for Realschule graduates who wish to study at a university of applied sciences or improve their chances on the training market. With subsequent studies in a corresponding occupational field, graduates of the Fachoberschule Gesundheit und Soziales have a clear competence advantage. In grade 12, classes are held five days a week. The general education curriculum is expanded to include the subject of natural sciences. Above all, the profile subjects are now studied in greater depth: In both concentrations, there are now twelve occupation-related lessons per week (with business and economics as well as information processing).
Attendance at the specialized secondary school is free of charge. Textbooks can be borrowed for a fee. Copying costs must be paid by the students. Students can be accepted.
